Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is Super Bloom Pty Ltd  (ABN 78 660 893 345 ) of 9 Francis street, Frankston.

PARTICIPATION

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.

  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of Super Bloom and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER

  1. The competition commences at 3pm  (AEDT) on Thursday 12th February 2026 and ends at midnight (AEDT) on Thursday 19th February 2026  (“Competition Period”).

  2. The winner will be randomly selected from new subscribers to the Super Bloom pty ltd mailing list who joined during the competition period and the winner will be contacted on Friday 20th of February via email for the shipping details of the prize.

  3. The selected winner will receive FLOWER POWER and SUPER BLOOM, valued at $190 including postage to be delivered within Australia (only).

  4. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash

  5. To enter, individuals must complete the following entry method during the Entry Period: Sign up to the Super Bloom mailing list during the competition period. 

  6. The winner will be notified by email by Super Bloom. It is a condition of entry that Super Bloom has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters, likenesses or voices of entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the Promotion. All entrants accept and permit the use of this information on any medium.

  7. If for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by Super Bloom, then the prize will be forfeited.

  8. Super Bloom acknowledges that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or in association with, Instagram.
